Job Description
Submittal Coordinator Long Term – Full Time Express Employment in Temple Terrace is currently hiring candidates for a Submittal position for a local company in NE Tampa. The position is full-time and has long-term opportunities. You will create and submit materials, PDFs, and packages for approval. This entails sorting through Project Specifications and document Plans, as well as coordinating with manufacturers to determine the best material suited to each application.

DETAILED SUMMARY
Create formal submittal packages for contractors and engineers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with project requirements Assist in project coordination and communicate with manufacturers to ensure materials meet all specifications Keep records or tracking information, pricing, and necessary data Work within a team and learn directly from project managers
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or experience within a submittal role Great organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Ability to work well within a team
