Senior Estimator – Tenant Improvement (TI) Construction Tampa, FL Your new company is a leading firm in the Commercial Construction industry, renowned for high-performance tenant improvement and interior build-out projects across Tampa and beyond. In your new role as Senior Estimator, you will lead cost estimation efforts for high-end tenant build-outs, interior renovations, and fast-paced fit-out projects. Your responsibilities include preparing detailed and accurate TI project estimates, analyzing drawings and tenant specifications, and working closely with tenants, architects, and project teams to deliver precise, timely bids. You’ll also evaluate unique tenant requirements, coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers, and ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising on quality or schedule.
