The Project Manager will oversee and coordinate painting projects within the commercial sector, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and client satisfaction. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to manage all aspects of project execution from planning to delivery. Key Responsibilities
Develop project plans and timelines for commercial painting projects.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure on-time delivery.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets quality standards and specifications.
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring productivity and profitability.
Lead team meetings to discuss project status, address any issues, and motivate team members.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the commercial painting industry.
Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and safety standards.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
