As we expand our operations and team, we’re looking for a proactive and experienced Project Manager to help drive our construction projects from groundbreaking to final walkthrough.
Position Summary:
The Project Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple residential construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, field knowledge, communication skills, and a passion for process improvement and accountability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of residential construction projects from pre-construction to closeout. Coordinate with field supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and inspectors. Monitor budgets, construction schedules, change orders, and job costs using project management software (JobTread/Buildertrend or similar). Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent and professional communication throughout the build. Proactively identify and resolve issues or delays to keep projects moving smoothly. Work cross-functionally with Sales, Design, Operations, and Finance teams. Participate in weekly project meetings and team check-ins. Help implement systems and processes that support operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3-5 years of residential construction project management experience. Strong knowledge of Florida building codes, permitting, and inspection processes. Proficiency in project management software (JobTread, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar). Excellent organizational, scheduling, and multitasking skills. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to read construction plans and documents. Self-starter with a positive, team-oriented mindset. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
Preferred:
General Contractor or Construction Supervisor license is a plus. Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
