This role requires a working knowledge of each phase of the build—from initial site excavation, subgrade preparation, and formwork to rebar placement. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in these areas and a strong understanding of field coordination and construction workflows. Additionally, the company is growing quickly. We need you to be able to come in and check current means and methods and provide insight/direction as to how future projects will be run. This role reports directly in to the owners of the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support multiple projects at various stages of construction Coordinate all phases of concrete construction including excavation, subgrade prep, forming, and reinforcement installation Work closely with superintendents, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on schedule and within scope Assist in material take-offs, procurement, and logistics planning for job site readiness Monitor job progress, quality control, safety compliance, and cost tracking Maintain project documentation, including daily reports, RFIs, and schedule updates Act as a liaison between field crews, suppliers, and senior leadership

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in concrete construction with exposure to sitework, forming systems, and rebar installation Familiarity with construction scheduling and field coordination Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage priorities across multiple job sites Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
