Work in the office in South Fort Myers Monday – Friday 7am – 5pm Overtime pay over 40 hours Insurance benefits after 90 days

MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN SW FLORIDA

Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with the coordination of construction effort to ensure project is constructed in accordance with design specifications, budget, and schedule. Includes interfacing with client representatives, subcontractors, vendors, etc. Procure project specific materials in accordance with design specifications, budget, and schedule. Schedule and coordinate the completion of submittal data, operation and maintenance manuals, shop drawings, and as-built drawings in accordance with the construction schedule. Assist with the coordination of trade employees and/or other subcontractors as required by the contract. Perform additional assignments per Senior Project Manager’s direction
