We are a well-established General Contractor based in Fort Myers , specializing in ground-up and renovation work across the commercial and hospitality sectors . Known for our high standards, long-standing client relationships, and consistent project pipeline, we are actively expanding our team to keep up with demand across the Gulf Coast of Florida.
Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a Project Manager with a strong background in commercial and/or hospitality construction to lead projects from preconstruction through closeout. This is a key leadership position with long-term growth potential and a chance to be part of a company with a solid reputation and strong local presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the full project lifecycle including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution Coordinate with ownership, design teams, and internal staff to ensure smooth project delivery Manage subcontractor relationships and procurement activities Maintain project documentation including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes Monitor project performance, budgets, and timelines, ensuring on-time, on-budget completion Partner closely with Superintendents and field teams to support quality and safety standards Participate in client meetings and serve as a key point of contact throughout the project
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial or hospitality construction Proven ability to manage ground-up or major renovation projects independently Strong understanding of budgeting, scheduling, contract administration, and construction documentation Excellent communication and leadership skills Proficiency with construction management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam) Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
