Project Manager (Full-time & On-site)
Required Skills and Experience

• Develop and update a Standard Employee Guideline (SEG) for staff working on this contract and that staff adhere to the established SEG.
• Participate in progress meetings with the organization, local agencies, and third party stakeholders, as required, to coordinate efforts, share updates, and address project-related matters.
• The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of project management methodologies.
• Experience documenting technical and business requirement specifications.
• Responsible for overall coordination, status reporting and stability of project-oriented work efforts.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, adhere to high quality standards and meet customer expectations.
• Responsible for assembling project plans and teamwork assignments, directing and monitoring work efforts on a daily basis, identifying resource needs, performing quality review; and escalating functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately.
• Responsible for tracking key project milestones and adjusting project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.
