Remodel Project Manager Green Mountain Builders Bonita Springs, FL 34135 Project Manager Green Mountain Builders is a luxury remodel and custom home builder in Bonita Springs, FL. We are a team of professionals who are passionate about their work and the projects they work on. We have been in business for over a year and have been growing steadily. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team. Responsibilities Oversee all phases of the project from start to finish Work with clients to determine project scope, requirements, and requirements Prepare project documents such as proposals, contracts, and purchase orders Conduct site visits and or other customer interaction with vendors, subcontractors, or sub-contractors Prepare estimates for the project (cost of materials, labor, or other costs) Prepare detailed billing statements for each project (cost of materials, labor, or other costs) Prepare financial statements for each project (project cash flow) Prepare submittals for each project (project cash flow) Review and approve drawings and specifications for each project (project cash flow) Prepare subcontractor invoices and other customer related documents (project cash flow) Prepare change orders and other customer related documents as needed (project cash flow) Prepare customer reports on progress of projects (quality of work, timeliness of delivery etc.) Other duties as assigned (project management system)

Skills & Qualifications Required Skills:

BuilderTrend, Knowledge of MS Office Suite with strong Excel skills. Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently as well as within a team. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with an extreme focus on detail. Ability to manage multiple projects at one time while maintaining a high level of accuracy. Ability to work in an environment that is both competitive and collaborative. Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining a high level of independence. Ability to be flexible with priorities and able to adapt quickly when changes occur during the course of the project. Ability to think outside the box and problem solve complex problems that arise throughout the organization. Ability to take direction when needed from senior leadership but also be able to take initiative when it comes to managing projects that are outside of the scope of previous leadership positions within your organization.
