We are currently seeking a proactive, experienced, and team-oriented Residential Construction Site Superintendent to lead our job sites with excellence. Job Overview The Residential Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing residential construction projects from inception to completion. This position requires a strong understanding of project coordination, effective time management, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing construction sites and be proficient (can be trained) in using tools such as LEAP for project scheduling. Responsibilities Provide on-site leadership for all phases of kitchen and bath remodeling projects. Supervise subcontractors, laborers, and vendors to ensure high standards and timely progress. Enforce OSHA safety standards and promote job site safety. Manage material storage to maintain a clean and efficient work environment. Review and interpret construction documents and specifications. Prepare and manage short and long-term project schedules, including 2-3 week planning. Coordinate and schedule inspections, deliveries, and project phases. Conduct daily site inspections for quality control and compliance with plans. Identify potential issues in drawings early and resolve them proactively. Maintain consistent communication with workers, subcontractors, project managers, and clients. Build and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and subcontractors. Track progress, provide updates, and resolve delays. Issue proper notice to suppliers and subcontractors when needed. Qualifications 3+ years of experience as a Residential Construction Superintendent. Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards (30-hour OSHA preferred). Ability to read blueprints and understand residential construction methods and materials. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple tasks. A proactive planner who can stay ahead of potential issues. Flexible personality, easygoing, and willing to be a team player. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Passion for quality work and a strong work ethic. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
