The ideal candidate will have prior roofing project management experience, present yourself well and be well spoken, bilingual is a plus. Job duties include Planning and supervising roofing projects Assigning project resources Creating budgets Tracking progress Overseeing all aspects of the project Managing teams, resources, project plans, timelines, and safety regulations Acting as a bridge between clients and project teams Ensuring high-quality results Monitoring and controlling every stage of roofing repairs or installation Ensuring safety on site Reviewing architect’s roofing design Assembling a project team Having knowledge of supervisory practices, project costing, and project planning.
