Job Description
Cloud Migration Project Manager
Requirements:
12+ years of experience managing IT Cloud Projects.
Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline. Experience managing diverse stakeholders and project teams.
Ability to communicate technical information verbally and in writing. Ability to manage and resolve conflicts or disagreements in a constructive manner to minimize negative impact.
Ability to research and investigate problems and develop viable solutions.
Knowledge of project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices Knowledge of the Florida Information Technology Project Management and Oversight Standards – Rules 60GG-1.001 through 60GG-1.009, F.A.C.
Knowledge of
ISO / IEC 20000
Information Technology Service Management
Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio)
Knowledge of Microfocus PPM
PMP Certification (Project Management Professional).
Excellent verbal and writtent communication skills.
Responsibilities:
Plan schedules, define activities, estimate resources/duration, monitor progress, and adjust as necessary.
Estimate and manage project costs and budget, handle required procurements.
Identify and plan for quality requirements; ensure deliverable quality.
Plan, identify, develop, and manage cross-program and vendor project teams.
Plan/manage communication strategies; define report formats/content; ensure complete documentation and knowledge transfer.
Identify and analyze risks, plan mitigation strategies, implement risk controls.
Coordinate and manage stakeholder expectations (internal and external).
