The Janitorial Services Project Manager is responsible for the day to day oversight and management of custodial services in State of Florida owned office buildings.
Essential Job Functions:
Management of all janitorial staff and supervisors Submitting consumable and non-consumable supply orders to our suppliers Managing the schedules and time sheets for all employees; ensuring required hours are met and accounted for Submitting payroll to appropriate person on time and accurately Complete required property reports and submit to appropriate person on time Complete monthly inspections with building contacts and submit reports to appropriate person on time Be the day to day contact for property/facility managers
Experience Requested:
Bilingual (English and Spanish) Willing to work a hybrid shift; days and evenings Janitorial experience is a plus but not required Applicants with Military experience; large team leadership experience and strong customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply
Employment Conditions:
Must be eligible to work in the US Must be able to pass a Level 2 background check Must live within 30 minutes of the properties
