Work Setting:
100% of the time at the Client’s site. No telecommuting or remote work. This is a non-negotiable requirement from the client
Required:
- Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Tallahassee, FL (required);
- Experience with business process reengineering and documentation (5 years);
- Experience with project management tools, methods, and best practices such as those defined by the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK);
- Experience with ideologies, techniques, and tools for quality assurance and control;
- Experience with transportation technology operations;
- Experience in project management, process management and business systems requirements definition;
- Experience with Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio;
- Experience with project management practices and agile methodologies;
- Experience with Rules 60GG-1 through 5, F.
A.C.
Preferred:
- Project Manager Professional (PMP) certification or similar agile/project management certifications.
Responsibilities:
- Designs, implements, evaluates, and audits project management processes and templates;
- Compiles metrics relating to IT project success, project attributes, individual productivity and adherence to defined processes;
- Provides administrative support to project managers and project leaders;
- Organizes, publishes, and maintains project-related documentation and templates in various sources;
- Identifies processes for improvement, documents existing processes, analyzes gaps, designs new processes, develops process performance measures and plans the transition to a new process;
- Evaluates, monitors, and ensures compliance with state, federal, laws, regulations, policies, standards, and procedures;
- Assists in the business process redesign and documentation as needed to support ongoing remediation, modernization, and migration efforts. Why apply?
