Project Manager

Job Description:

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
4+ years of experience managing IT projects.
Experience working with Agile methodology.
Experience with projects in a programming environment (i.e., multiple interrelated and coordinated projects) led by a Program Manager.
Experience with large-scale implementation projects with the following characteristics:
large and high-profile,
multiple technologies and functions, and
collaboration with multiple stakeholder groups with diverse and competing needs and expectations.
7+ years of IT work experience including but not limited to:
gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
producing technical documentation related to requirements, specifications, traceability matrices, designs, or test scripts; and
facilitating business and technical analysis meetings and producing detailed meeting agendas and notes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint and PowerPoint.
Bachelor of Science/Arts degree is preferred.
Experience working with Azure DevOps is preferred.
Experience with distributed application architecture is preferred.
Experience working with state government is preferred.
Experience working with Client’s Early Learning Coalitions is preferred.
