Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously Monitor and maintain project schedules and budgets Coordinate subcontractors and ensure they meet the timeline and quality expectations Address and resolve project-related issues promptly Communicate project updates and concerns directly to the President/CEO Serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, and vendors Enforce all job site rules, safety protocols, and company policies
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar project management role Strong knowledge of various types of construction Ability to read, interpret, and enforce prime contracts and subcontracts Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Must be a team player who can also work independently Previous involvement in pre-bid estimating is a plus
