Project Manager Position Available In Leon, Florida

Project Manager Woodlane Cabinet Company 5186 Woodlane Circle, Tallahassee, FL 32303 Project Manager Woodlane is growing and looking to add a Project Manager to the Project Management and Sales Department. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the project lifecycle from contract through close out, while maintaining customer relations.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial or residential construction with a familiarity in millwork and casework preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specification documents
• Detail oriented
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Customer service skills

Software Knowledge:

• Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook , Quickbooks plus the ability to learn new software as needed
• Experience in AutoCAD or similar drafting programs is not required, but a plus

Responsibilities:

• Cross functional collaboration with sales, production, installation, purchasing, accounting, vendors, contractors, and clients
• Manage documentation by reviewing and approving drawings, finish samples, Purchase Orders, estimates for accuracy and scope conformance
• Monitor schedule to ensure product is installed on time
• Accurately measure and translate field dimensions and site conditions
• Ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction are achieved
