Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate enterprise IT initiatives within the Office of Information Technology (OIT). The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in IT leadership, 4+ years in project management, and hold a PMP certification.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Planning & Execution:
Develop, track, and update project plans for enterprise IT initiatives.
Stakeholder Coordination:
Facilitate planning, design, and work management sessions with OIT, divisions, and program areas.
Status & Risk Reporting:
Conduct regular status meetings, track issues & risk logs, and report project outcomes.
Resource Management:
Ensure adequate resource allocation and report shortages as needed.
Documentation & Compliance:
Prepare design & implementation documentation and ensure adherence to data security policies.
Required Qualifications:
7+ years of experience leading and coordinating enterprise IT initiatives. 4+ years of direct project management experience. Experience managing projects involving multiple technologies and functions. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification (required).
