Job Description
Seeking a BIM Project Manager , for a full-service architecture firm. The role involves collaboration within a mid-sized team, engaging in both design and technical production using AutoCAD and BIM across all stages of architectural projects. Essential Job Functions Create detailed architectural construction documents using advanced industry software. Set up and maintain Revit files for drawing sets, incorporating backgrounds, annotations, and schedules. Integrate revisions into Revit models and ensure proper filing and labeling of documents. Assist engineers and maintain project schedules and document accuracy. Participate in special projects as guided by project or production managers. Assist in developing and upholding drawing standards. Use specialized software for wall panel layouts and truss designs. Collaborate with project managers and designers to produce precise BIM models and drawing packages. Skills and Expertise Required Advanced skill in Revit and BIM360 Basic sketching abilities Strong proficiency in design, problem-solving, and sustainable design technologies Competency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) Familiarity with Photoshop and Sketchup is advantageous Basic understanding of architectural building systems Strong communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to meet deadlines effectively Qualifications Over 5 years of experience in design, drafting, or engineering Additional Information This is a full-time position with salary based on experience.
