Body Design Specialist 3.9 3.9 out of 5 stars Ellenton, FL This position will plan, coordinate, monitor, track progress, and cost of new and existing monster truck body development. This key role in our organization requires a proactive planner that will successfully execute cost-effective projects with deadlines. Essential Functions Review products, processes, and systems on an ongoing basis to determine where improvements can be made. Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders Develop project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate project execution, ensuring tasks are completed according to plan Coordinate with team members and stakeholders to facilitate project progress Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions Prepare and present project reports, highlighting progress, issues, and recommendations Assist safety with OSHA compliance in Fleet Operations Coordinate project budgets and ensure resources are allocated effectively Track project costs and identify cost-saving opportunities Provide weekly and monthly reports to senior management. Ensure all project deliverables are completed and approved Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned As other duties are assigned Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
