Requirements:
Minimum 10+ years of architectural and project architect experience Licensed a must Must have Revit experienced Project type: High End Residential Must be well organized, detailed oriented, have a strong work ethic, self-motivated, and work well as a team member. Ability to follow directions and client relations a must Site visits, delegating and overseeing staff Participating in collaborative team design meetings, and occasionally working with outside consultants
Responsibilities:
Site visits, client and contractor interface Will be working with design and drawing production teams through all phases of client projects. Use experience to bring new approaches to the design process. Help our clients imagine and create what is possible Work collaboratively with project team member
