Key Responsibilities Create precise budgets utilizing historical project data Conduct regular site visits to all projects, ensuring proper field methods and comprehensive project knowledge Demonstrate thorough understanding of project documentation, cost control, estimating and construction management systems Analyze and interpret contracts, plans, specifications and change orders Monitor and manage labor allocation across projects, including subcontractors and internal resources Skillfully coordinate material ordering, tracking and administration according to established protocols Deliver timely project updates and verify completed work Handle accounting responsibilities including invoices, requisitions, and payroll approvals Lead and develop team members, fostering professional growth Serve as a company representative, maintaining exceptional client relationships Why Join Our Team?
