Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead and manage electrical construction and low-voltage projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of overseeing multiple projects while ensuring quality, budget, and schedule targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of electrical construction and low-voltage projects including planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution.
• Coordinate with estimators, superintendents, subcontractors, vendors, and clients.
• Develop project schedules and ensure adherence to deadlines.
• Monitor project progress and resolve issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety codes, regulations, and company standards.
• Conduct regular job site visits and inspections.
• Maintain project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and daily logs.
• Oversee procurement and ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Collaborate with accounting and finance teams on billing and cost tracking.

Qualifications:

• 2-5 years of experience in electrical project management.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical systems, and construction practices.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractors.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• PMP Certification or relevant licensing a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with low-voltage systems, access control, or structured cabling.
• Familiarity with construction management platforms such as Procore, Knowify, or Buildertrend.
