Primary Responsibilities:

Role Overview:

As a Selections Coordinator, you will guide clients through the process of selecting finishes, materials, and features for their [homes/projects]. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and timely experience from consultation to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist clients in making design and material selections in line with project timelines and budgets. Coordinate and document selections using internal tools and software. Communicate with vendors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure timely ordering and delivery. Maintain organized records and ensure all selections are approved and finalized. Stay updated on design trends, product offerings, and industry best practices. Conduct field verifications and contractor site visits.

Microsoft Office Qualifications, Education, Experience, Skills:

• High School Diploma
• Minimum 5 years of experience directly related to Construction/Project Selections Coordinator.
• Completed degree(s) from an accredited institution that are above the minimum education requirements substituted for experience.
• 3-5 years of experience at Junior Level or higher.
• Provide portfolio.
• Creative talent, imagination, and an eye for design.
• Communication and presentation skills.
• Project management skills.
• Eye for punch and quality control.

Job Type:

Full-time Pay:

$50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
