Responsibilities:
Drive Project Success:

Organize and execute specific projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Master of Time:

Develop comprehensive project timelines, proactively monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met.

Communication Hub:

Provide clear and timely feedback to senior management regarding project performance, status, and progress toward targets

Budget Guardian:

Collaborate closely with the Director of Education and Communication to maintain target budgets and timelines for all assigned projects.

Record Keeper Extraordinaire:

Maintain meticulous and accurate records of all pricings, contracts, orders, and project-related activities.

Team Orchestrator:

Clearly define roles and responsibilities for project team members, ensuring everyone understands and meets expectations.

Education & Outreach Champion:

Provide essential support for educational, marketing, sales, and promotional activities and events.

Efficiency Innovator:

Execute initiatives aimed at increasing the efficiency and utilization of our company CRM system.

Event Architect:

Assist in the planning and execution of significant company events, including member updates, conventions, trade shows, and workshops.

Working hours:

8:00 AM – 5:00

PM Skills:

Experience in event planning and execution is a plus.
Certified PMP (Project Management Professional) designation is preferred.
Degree is preferred
Bilingual or Multilingual is a plus but not required

Education:
Associate Experience:

4-7 years

Qualifications:

Proven experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders.
Experience in developing and managing project timelines and budgets.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
Experience supporting educational, marketing, or sales initiatives is highly desirable.
