We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our Asphalt Paving projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meet the highest quality standards. Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee Department of Transportation (DOT) projects, focusing on highway, roadway, and airport construction. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulations and standards. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee DOT projects from initiation to completion.
Coordinate with various stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and government agencies.
Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all resources are utilized effectively.
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders and management.
Lead project meetings and facilitate communication among team members.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry, preferably with DOT projects.
Strong knowledge of highway, roadway, and airport construction processes and regulations.
Experience with heavy civil construction projects, including paving and grading.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
