You’ll be responsible for coordinating crews, materials, inspections, schedules, and communication with homeowners to ensure each job is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standard. The ideal candidate will have project management experience in a construction-based field , strong communication and leadership skills, and sharp attention to detail. You must be comfortable managing multiple projects, handling permitting, coordinating material deliveries, ensuring quality control, and maintaining safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Managing project timelines, budgets, crews, and homeowner communication Reviewing take-offs, contracts, permits, and material orders Scheduling and overseeing inspections and ensuring permit closure Maintaining accurate documentation and project reporting Ensuring safety protocols and high-quality standards are upheld Handling work orders, leak detection, and change orders Supporting crew recruitment and reporting employee hours

Requirements:
