Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination:
Manage internal and external resources for seamless project execution, track performance, and ensure projects meet budgetary and timeline objectives.
Office Operations:
Oversee office maintenance, arrange necessary repairs, and ensure a productive work environment.
Staff Management:
Supervise, mentor, train, and delegate tasks to maximize productivity.
Procurement & Inventory:
Purchase office supplies and equipment while maintaining stock levels.
Scheduling & Coordination:
Organize appointments, meetings, and staff calendars.
Internal Relations & Events:
Manage staff relations and plan in-house or off-site activities like celebrations and conferences.
Reporting & Presentations:
Collect and review weekly reports, create management-level presentations, and other related documentation.
General Administrative Support:
Perform additional duties as assigned to support business operations. ✅ Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Project Administrator, Office Administrator, or similar role. SAP Experience is preferred. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Solid technical background with a basic understanding of IT. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and other administrative tools.
