Client Details As an Assistant Project Manager (APM) , you’ll workclosely with project managers, field staff, subcontractors, andclients to support all phases of commercial construction projects.
This role is ideal for someone with 2-5 years of constructionexperience who’s looking to grow with a reputable company.
Description Assist in managing project documentation, schedules,and subcontractor coordination Support the PM in tracking projectbudgets, change orders, and RFIs Attend project meetings andmaintain communication with all stakeholders Help ensure safety,quality, and compliance standards are met on-site Coordinate withvendors, suppliers, and internal departments Profile 2-5 years ofexperience in commercial construction Bachelor’s degree inConstruction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)Strong organizational and communication skills Proficient inMicrosoft Office and construction software (Procore, Bluebeam,etc.) Eager to grow into a full Project Manager role Job OfferCompetitive base salary Gain hands-on experience in managinghigh-end construction projects.
