PrimaryResponsibilities Coordinates the planning and implementation ofconcrete frame and formwork projects. Performs jobsiteinspections/audits of shoring, rebar/pt installation, safety, andquality. Responsible for assisting the managing of projectproductivity, costs, quality and safety consistent with companypolicies and practices. Assists in managing assigned projectsincluding working with local team to develop processes fordelivering total concrete solutions. Develops and maintainscustomer relationships to enhance company’s ability to procureprojects, reduce risk, and ensure operational efficiency. Monitorsthe overall safety and quality issues on the project. Assists withthe development and coordination of material and equipmentschedules and promotes their efficient use. Coordinates allsubcontractor and vendor contracts and associated processes andprocedures. Performs special projects and completes all otherduties as assigned or requested for the general support of theorganization. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree inEngineering or Construction Management, related degree and aminimum of two (2) years of work experience successfully supportingsimilar key responsibilities meeting and exceeding performanceexpectations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills withthe ability to communicate effectively with all levels of theorganization, as well as with customers and vendors. Detailoriented with the ability to efficiently analyze and organizesignificant amounts of information regarding plan layouts, materialdeliveries and jobsite productivities. Proficient with MicrosoftOffice Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Advanced knowledge ofsafety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations. Ability totravel and work for extended period of time on projects outside ofoffice area.
