Claim Management and Adjudication:

Oversee claim management processes, including claim adjudication, to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Executive Communication:

Utilize tools like Aha or Rally to produce executive-level communications and value studies.

Capital Planning:

Develop and manage capital planning initiatives to support project and organizational goals.

Technical Oversight:

Provide technical guidance and support to the team, leveraging your technical background to solve complex problems.

Healthcare Industry Expertise:

Apply knowledge of the healthcare industry, particularly with organizations like UnitedHealthcare, United Health Group, Optum, or OptumRx, to improve operational quality and reduce administrative burdens.

Claim Attachment/Medical Record Capabilities:

Implement and manage claim attachment and medical record capabilities to enhance operational quality and decrease provider administrative burden.

Qualifications:
