Job Description

Commercial Project Manager 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars Miami, FL Manage the full lifecycle of construction projects, including concrete restoration , budgeting, estimating, scheduling, and cost control. Coordinate buyouts, subcontracts, and purchase orders in collaboration with the Operations Manager. Work closely with Superintendents to maintain schedule adherence, safety, and quality standards. Handle subcontractor negotiations, scope reviews, change orders, and invoice approvals. Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and lead project meetings. Ensure timely project closeout and collection of all final documentation and payments. Mentor junior team members and contribute to recruiting efforts. Support business development by maintaining strong relationships with past and current clients.
