Job Overview:
Locate land sites throughout the US via market research, broker relations, etc. Consult with management and legal counsel with constructing and submitting LOIs and PSAs to purchase development sites Coordinate with civil engineers and architects in the design process Coordinate with respective jurisdictions in order to obtain entitlements and site plan approvals Underwrite and create construction budgets via market research and the request for proposal process Create investor marketing packages via market research and underwriting Collaborate with construction management in overseeing the construction process
Requirements:
At least 5 years of relevant experience Bachelors required; Master’s a plus Ability to work in fast-paced environments
