We specialize in residential and commercial installations, including new construction, remodels, service upgrades, EV charger installations, generator systems, panel replacements, and more. The ideal candidate must be fluent in both English and Spanish , possess hands-on or administrative experience in the electrical field, and demonstrate a strong sense of responsibility, organization, and communication. This role is essential in supporting the daily planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects, helping ensure that timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:

Support the owner in managing and supervising electrical projects Coordinate materials, inspections, and project schedules Assist with estimates, change orders, and job documentation Track project progress and provide daily updates Communicate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors Visit job sites for progress verification and reporting Support administrative tasks related to project execution

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the electrical field (field or office)

Bilingual:

Fluent in English and Spanish (required) Basic knowledge of the NEC and ability to research codes when needed

Required:

Ability to read and interpret electrical plans Experience or willingness to learn Word, Excel, and related apps Experience or willingness to learn HouseCall Pro (required) QuickBooks knowledge is a plus Valid Florida driver’s license Organized, responsible, and proactive
