We are currently seeking a highly skilled Electrical Project Manager II to join our commercial team in Miami, FL. This is an exciting opportunity to manage high-profile electrical projects within the commercial sector, working with a talented team to deliver outstanding results. You will oversee and manage all aspects of electrical project s within the commercial sector. From planning to execution, you’ll ensure that each project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain smooth operations and successfully deliver complex electrical systems on a wide range of commercial projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the electrical scope of commercial construction projects from start to finish. Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans, ensuring timely delivery and cost control. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure all project goals are met. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring that all are delivered on schedule and within budget. Ensure compliance with local, state, and national electrical codes, as well as safety regulations. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards are met. Prepare project reports and documentation, ensuring transparency and clear communication with all parties involved.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in the commercial construction industry. Strong knowledge of electrical systems, commercial construction processes, and safety standards. Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints, plans, and specifications. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage teams and collaborate effectively.
