$140,000+ (Depending on Experience) Position Summary The Senior Project Manager leads assigned commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout, with full profit and loss responsibility. This role requires strong leadership to manage teams, drive project performance, and ensure alignment with company values and client expectations. Key Responsibilities
Oversee full project lifecycle, serving as the primary point of contact with Owners
Develop and maintain budgets, schedules, and GMP proposals
Conduct subcontractor buyouts and manage scopes of work
Ensure safety, quality, and compliance across all project phases
Lead project team, mentor staff, and support performance development
Manage procurement and coordinate with internal departments
Prepare and deliver regular Owner status updates and reports
Drive resolution of cost and schedule issues with subcontractors
Support turnover, commissioning, and project closeout
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years in commercial construction; 2+ years with a commercial electrical contractor
Proven experience managing large hospital/healthcare projects
Strong knowledge of construction standards, safety, and scheduling
Proficient in project management software and general computer use
