ABOUT THE ROLE

Small Circle, on behalf of its client AE Global, seeks an experienced Integrated Marketing & Creative Project Manager to drive meaningful marketing initiatives through strategic communication, hands-on content creation (photography, videography, copywriting), and detailed project management. This hybrid role requires regular onsite presence at AE Global’s facility to capture dynamic content and coordinate closely with internal teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Content Creation & Email Marketing (50%) Capture compelling visual content (photos, short-form videos, personnel interviews) on-site, leveraging spontaneous opportunities such as prototypes and new product developments. Write engaging copy for LinkedIn posts, email marketing, and internal communications. Oversee and manage content calendars, CRM audience segmentation, and strategic messaging. Project Management & Coordination (30%) Draft and manage clear, actionable project briefs and timelines, facilitating smooth coordination between AE Global and Small Circle’s creative teams. Serve as the central point of communication, utilizing project management platforms (e.g., Monday.com) to maintain alignment and accountability. Proactively identify potential challenges and implement timely solutions. Strategic Implementation & Tactical Planning (20%) Participate in AE Global leadership and strategy meetings, maintaining clear insight into organizational goals and priorities. Translate strategic discussions into actionable tasks and clear briefs for creative execution. Continuously recommend strategic enhancements to optimize marketing performance and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

5+ years in marketing, creative project management, or content production (agency or client-side preferred). Strong content creation experience (photo/video capture and editing, copywriting). Exceptional organizational skills; proficient in managing multiple tasks and diverse stakeholders. Strategic thinker capable of clearly translating complex ideas into actionable plans. Familiarity with CRM management and marketing automation. Experience with project management software (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc.). Excellent communication skills, comfortable coordinating across multiple teams and senior leadership.

Bonus Skills:

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere), Figma, or similar tools. Prior experience in industrial or custom packaging sectors.
