Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of commercial and residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, keen attention to detail, and a proven track record of managing complex projects on time and within budget. Responsibilities:
Lead project teams through all phases of construction, including pre-construction, procurement, scheduling, budgeting, and closeout. Collaborate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards. Identify and mitigate risks, delays, and conflicts through proactive communication and problem-solving. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and provide accurate financial forecasts to stakeholders. Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure collaboration and transparency. Oversee project documentation, change orders, and approvals to maintain compliance with project specification and contracts.
Requirements:
3 years of experience in construction project management, preferably working directly with or for a licensed general contractor , overseeing full-scope construction projects from planning through execution. Bilingual ( Fluent in English and Spanish) – Must Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, building codes, and safety regulations. Familiriaty reading and interpreting technical plans and drawings. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project ) and Microsoft Office Suite. Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering , or a related field is a plus.
