North Miami, FL We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lighting Project Coordinator to join our busy North Miami showroom. This customer-facing role combines elements of sales and project management, supporting clients through lighting selections while coordinating all aspects of order fulfillment. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and guide clients in the showroom, providing expert support on lighting products and design solutions Manage residential and commercial lighting projects from initial consultation through delivery Maintain accurate records of quotes, orders, timelines, and communication Build long-term relationships with homeowners, designers, architects, and contractors Collaborate with vendors, purchasing, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless execution Prepare and follow up on quotes, process orders, and update customer files Quickly and professionally resolve client issues or concerns Stay informed on showroom inventory, product updates, and industry trends
Qualifications:
