Position Responsibilities Serves as the primary point of contact for the hospital’s internal marketing inbox, project managing intake, prioritization, and delegation of all marketing requests—including flyers, brochures, advertisements, booklets, signage, email campaigns, and website updates—from hospital departments across the main campus and satellite locations. Oversees the full project lifecycle, from initial scoping to final delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and brand standards. Reports directly to the Brand Director for all project approvals, brand compliance, and creative direction, ensuring consistency and quality across all deliverables. Executes select projects in-house or coordinates with external design vendors and creative partners to complete deliverables as needed. Assists in resizing ads and any external Collaborates closely with department stakeholders to clarify project objectives, gather content, obtain necessary approvals, and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and strategic priorities. Engages with marketing team to provide input for concepts, streamlining processes, fundraising initiatives and other projects as requested. Assists in the resizing and occasional concept and creative development of the hospital’s advertising campaigns across various formats and platforms, including minor copywriting support for headlines, taglines, and calls to action. Provides light editing, restructuring, and copy refinement for collateral materials (flyers, brochures, booklets, signage) to ensure messaging clarity, brand tone, and optimal layout before final design execution by vendors or internal teams. Responsible for the annual update and maintenance of the Mount Sinai Medical Center brand guidelines to reflect the hospital’s evolving identity. Facilitates the physician onboarding process by introducing new providers to the marketing department’s services and submission workflows. Directly responsible for internal physician onboarding including the creation of bios, Google listings, website updates, photos and all associated collateral. Manages the department’s digital asset library (e.g., logos, templates, photography, stock imagery) to ensure easy access and proper usage across all departments. Drafts physician biographies for the Mount Sinai Medical Center website, coordinates review and approval with department heads, and ensures timely publishing of bios, headshots, and profiles across the website and Google Business listings. Maintains and updates bi-monthly TV trafficking schedules with media vendors and on the Mount Sinai Health Network to ensure current service line campaigns and messaging is accurately represented. Meets with Brand Director to provide input on project feasibility, timelines, and resource needs based on prior project performance and trends. Participate in brainstorming, strategy planning and execution for marketing initiatives including digital marketing, print campaigns, special projects etc. Assists with logistics and planning for medical center and Foundation events as needed. Minimum Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, project management, advertising, communications, healthcare marketing, or a related industry. Experience working in healthcare, an agency environment, or with healthcare clients is a plus. Prior experience managing marketing projects from intake through execution, with a strong understanding of production timelines and creative processes, preferred.

Requirements/ Skills and Competencies:

Highly organized with proven project management skills, including the ability to prioritize, multitask, and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) required. Proficiency in Canva required, including the ability to create, edit, and adapt templates for flyers, signage, social media posts, and other collateral. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is a strong plus. Light creative skills including resizing ads, basic layout adjustments, and minor copy editing preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; bilingual in Spanish, French, or Creole preferred but not required. Experience coordinating with external vendors, creative partners, or media agencies preferred. Strong attention to detail, with the ability to review and refine marketing materials for tone, clarity, and brand consistency. Ability to collaborate effectively with physicians, administrators, and internal stakeholders; must demonstrate professionalism. Knowledge of healthcare marketing, digital marketing basics (Google Analytics, email platforms like Mailchimp) is a plus. Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic and the ability to independently drive projects to completion.
