Position Summary:

The Marketing Project Manager ensures that Terra Energy’s marketing initiatives are executed on time, on budget, and on brand. This role coordinates across creative, digital, and field marketing teams to move campaigns and deliverables from planning through execution. Ideal for someone who thrives on organization, communication, and execution in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage timelines, milestones, and deliverables across marketing campaigns and creative projects Coordinate with internal stakeholders (digital, design, sales, events) and external vendors to keep projects moving Own marketing project calendars and ensure cross-functional visibility into priorities and progress Maintain Asana (or equivalent tool) with up-to-date task status, owners, and deadlines Support campaign rollouts by tracking asset readiness, channel coordination, and launch timing Monitor campaign performance data (in coordination with the digital/analytics team) to inform project iterations Ensure brand standards and messaging consistency across all marketing outputs Facilitate regular project check-ins, post-mortems, and process improvements

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the renewable energy industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software. Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail and design. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.
