Remote (Marietta, GA) We are seeking a Master Planner to provide planning and scheduling support for mission-critical projects across multiple locations. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), ensuring cross-functional coordination, risk assessment, and compliance with industry standards. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain components of the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), including proposal schedules, Statements of Work (SOW), and Basis of Estimates (BOE). Advise the Program Management Team on contractual impacts, critical events, and schedule risks. Ensure cross-coordination with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs). Utilize Critical Path Methodology (CPM) for schedule network development and analysis. Provide risk and opportunity analysis to improve scheduling accuracy and efficiency. Develop and refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) to support program execution. Prepare status reports, metrics, and presentations as required. Ensure compliance with internal and external audits, schedule control processes, and project management integration. Work closely with engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, and production teams. Required Qualifications Experience with Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and scheduling analysis. Hands-on experience with Deltek Open Plan Scheduling Tool. Proven ability to create and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), including proposal development schedules. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling and project management. Expertise in risk and opportunity analysis related to scheduling and timelines. Experience in schedule control processes, audits, and project management integration. Ability to work independently across technical teams, developing an understanding of technical products and scheduling requirements. Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of Capture, Research & Development, and Production Scheduling Requirements. Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) for project tracking and cost control.
