Description:

Under the guidance of the MCI COO, the Project Manager is responsible for creating project work plans, managing the planning process, and developing business plans or other related deliverables in a time sensitive manger for the support of business development and strategic planning for MCI. Accountable for the coordination of resources, the management of processes, the reporting of progress and the full oversight of the clinical integration activities of MCI and BHSF’s oncology services during start-up. The Project Manager will also support MCI by analyzing and organizing qualitative and quantitative clinical, financial, operational, and administrative data; supporting various quality assurance, performance measures, process improvement plans, strategic planning and analysis, and projects; and facilitating data requests, analyzing data and developing reports that will help monitor and track project progress and outcomes. In this capacity, may work directly with and take direction from Executive leadership to address and manage various aspects of divisional operations that are assigned. Coordinates projects from front line or directs appropriate staff as applicable. Proactively proposes and develops methodologies to fulfill programmatic needs and reviews with Administrator as needed. Estimated salary range for this position is $70448.17 – $91582.62 / year depending on experience.

Additional Qualifications:

Bachelor of Arts – BA required Minimum 3 years of project management related experience required. Experience in healthcare required, oncology preferred. Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or Public Health preferred. Experience with data collection, analysis, report formatting, as well as oral and written presentation of analysis. Experience with project planning including the development of project plans and timelines. Substantial experience evaluating and enhancing clinical processes preferred. Exceptional judgment and discretion in interacting with physicians and senior management on sensitive and confidential issues. Proficiency in applications including, Word, Excel PowerPoint, Access and other data management and project management software required. Experience working with healthcare systems, physician practices, and electronic health records is desirable.
