Job Description
Do you have a passion for managing key company projects and coordinating administration duties and office procedures? We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Office / Project Coordinator to join an amazing team in Hialeah, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the seamless execution of multiple projects.
- Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members.
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of goals.
- Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
- Oversee general office operation; maintain the office condition and arrange necessary repairs.
- Coordinating office staff integration and following up on assignments to ensure maximum productivity.
- Purchase office supplies and equipment and maintain proper stock levels.
- Collect and review departments weekly reports.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and manage staff calendars and schedules.
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned. Requirements
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
- Proven working experience as a project or office administrator.
- Technical background, with a basic understanding of computer systems.
- Attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
