Responsibilities Priorities can often change in a fast-paced environment like ours, so this role includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:
- Multi-tasking skills and working on a variety of projects with varying deadlines in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Execute project work plans and revise as appropriate to meet client’s changing needs and requirements
- Effectively apply established methodologies and enforce project standards
- Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of project scopes and deliverables
- Present and articulate coordination and management/ ideas rationale clearly and concisely
- Monitor and prepare reviews and maintain quality assurance procedures
- Ensure project documents are complete, current, formatted and stored appropriately
- Track and report consulting team’s hours and expenditures on a weekly basis
- Minimize exposure and risk on project
- Manage and coordinate a team of consulting architects and engineers through Real Estate Property due diligence assessment studies
- Arrange, coordinate and facilitate site visits
- Coordinate space verification and programming requirements with stakeholders
- Review deliverables prepared by consultants before presenting to clients
- Run and control client meetings
- Produce and organize notes from client and team meetings to produce effective meeting minutes
Requirements Essential Skills and Experience:
- BS in Engineering Field or BA in Architecture
- 5 years of experience in project work in an architectural, engineering and/or project management environment
- Candidate must have minimum 3-5 years design and drafting coordination experience on corporate, commercial and industrial design projects in the Florida region
- Must have excellent space programming and Analysis skills
- Microsoft Office Suite knowledge and experience
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical skills and decision-making capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills both oral and written
- Sound technical skills
- Attention to detail and be number oriented
- Like to seize opportunity – take initiative and be a proactive problem-solver
- Must be able to work collaboratively across multiple disciplines
- Eagerness to learn and possess the ability to take direction are key
