This role will play a vital part in ensuring project tasks stay on schedule, documentation is complete and accurate, and communication flows smoothly between internal teams and external partners. This is an ideal role for someone with excellent organizational skills and a collaborative mindset who is eager to support global operations and gain exposure to international business functions. Responsibilities Project Support Assist in maintaining project schedules, trackers, and task lists for internal and external initiatives. Coordinate meeting logistics, prepare agendas, take notes, and follow up on action items. Support project documentation, including compiling reports, gathering data, and organizing files. Track deadlines and dependencies, ensuring timely updates to the Director of Operations and/or President. Partnership & Distribution Assistance Help gather and organize information related to potential partnerships and distribution opportunities. Support communication with international partners, vendors, and stakeholders as directed. Maintain records of partnership conversations, contracts, and key contacts. Coordinate logistics and documentation for international shipments and product distribution when needed. Administrative & Operational Support Maintain shared documents, calendars, and files related to operations and partnerships. Assist with internal reporting by gathering relevant updates and metrics from various teams. Help prepare presentations or summaries for meetings with partners or leadership.

This is NOT an all-inclusive list of responsibilities. Requirements Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in business, Communications, International Studies, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, administrative support, or a similar role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable working across time zones and cultures. Proficient in Google Workspace. Experience in Zoho Projects is a plus. Spanish or another second language is a plus but not required.
