We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership and organizational skills, along with a solid understanding of the construction industry, particularly in commercial projects. Key Responsibilities
Plan and define project scope, goals, and deliverables
Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate and communicate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members
Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes
Manage project risks and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle
Prepare and present project reports to senior management and stakeholders
Lead project meetings to ensure clear communication and collaboration among team members
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically in commercial construction
Strong knowledge of project management software and methodologies
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
