Miami, FL 33133 We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Project Manager with solid experience in the construction field and hands-on knowledge of site foreman duties to join our team in Miami, FL . This key position requires a combination of leadership, planning, and technical understanding of civil and/or residential construction projects.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and oversee construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate on-site work teams. Ensure compliance with deadlines, budgets, and quality standards. Interpret blueprints and technical specifications. Monitor progress, maintain daily reports, and manage material control. Implement and enforce workplace safety practices.

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Project Manager or site foreman. Knowledge of civil works, preferably a civil engineer. Experience in residential and commercial construction. Strong leadership, organizational, and on-site problem-solving skills. Effective communication skills and team collaboration. Fluent in English and Spanish. Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Procore, or others). Valid U.S. work permit.
