The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing projects from inception to completion. Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects , from initial planning and design to execution, monitoring, control, and successful closeout. Oversee and optimize procurement processes for materials and equipment, implementing efficient inventory management strategies to ensure availability and cost-effectiveness. Schedule, supervise, and lead project crews and subcontractors , fostering a productive and cohesive work environment. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required specifications , continuously tracking progress and implementing corrective actions as needed. Maintain and promote a safe and compliant work environment , adhering to all relevant industry regulations and company safety protocols. Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, project teams, senior management, and all other stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing concerns. Proactively identify, analyze, and resolve project-related issues and challenges , minimizing disruptions and maintaining project momentum. Conduct rigorous quality control inspections throughout all project stages to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Maintain comprehensive and accurate project documentation and records , including progress reports, financial data, and regulatory compliance documents. Requirements In-depth knowledge of systems and materials. Strong understanding of construction practices and safety regulations. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read blueprints and specifications. Proficient in project management software and tools. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
