The ideal candidate will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring their successful execution. Working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, the Project Manager will manage projects from inception to completion. This role demands a robust grasp of project management principles, outstanding communication and collaboration skills, and the flexibility to adapt to evolving project needs. Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring on-time and within-budget completion.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, and identify and mitigate risks.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation and timelines.
• Lead and collaborate with project teams to foster effective communication and teamwork.
• Perform requirements analysis to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations.
• Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to budgets.
• Provide regular project status updates and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Employ earned value management techniques to assess project performance and ensure goals are met.
• Establish and maintain project management protocols across project lifecycle stages: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring and control, and closure. Requirements
• Several years of experience in architectural and interior design fields.
• Proven track record as a Project Manager, with a minimum of 5 years in similar roles.
• Deep understanding of project management fundamentals.
• Ability to interpret shop drawings and millwork specifications.
• Proficiency in earned value management and project budgeting.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities, adept at working with diverse teams.
• Experience with content management systems.
• Strong analytical skills for assessing project requirements and devising effective plans.
• Effective problem-solving capabilities and adaptability to evolving project demands.
• Meticulous attention to detail and adeptness at managing multiple projects concurrently.
